Custom Orders
Demo Poduct and Samples
With each private label order, you will receive a demo product (if not already familiar with it) and/or sample fabrics before we start full production. We will not begin production until you have carefully chosen your fabric from the selected samples. Because we only work with the best material, our therapeutic products are made with the Ultrafabrics Ultra-Leather™ and Brisa®, and the Minky (one sided) Fleece fabrics. Upon request we can also research other fabrics to create the product that perfectly suit your needs.
Custom Colors
When ordering a custom color we require the customer to select the color from the available choices within the selected fabric(s). › Preview the color cards ‹
Turnaround Time
We measure our turnaround time in days and weeks, not months. You will typically receive your demo product and/or fabric sample 7-10 business days after placing your order, and your complete order 10-12 weeks after approving your sample.
Minimum Order Size
When placing a custom order minimums will be based on the style being ordered. Each fabric will have equal minimums. The minimum for a custom order will be fix to 500 pieces per style and size. Please note that Face Cradle Insert will only produce styles that require basic sewing construction.
Private Label Tag
We can sew private labels into any of our products, or any custom product you work with us to produce. We do request that labels have a 3/8“ bleed so your logo does not get cut off in production. The minimums for a private label order will be fix to 500 pieces per style and size being ordered.
Packaging and Labeling
Standard and custom packaging are available. The Face Cradle Insert packaging can be requested with a custom fabric and/or your private labeling. The minimum for a custom packaging order will be fix to 500 pieces per style.
